EPIC THEATRES Announces new luxury theatre location at Titus Landing Titusville, FL

DeLand, Florida  (November 12, 2014) -  EPIC Theatres is pleased to announce the company has signed an agreement to open a new movie theatre in Titusville, Florida.   EPIC’s new facility will be located in the new Titus Landing Shopping Center on U.S. 1.

The new Epic Theatres at Titusville with EPIC XL will feature:

  • Leather electronically controlled recliner seating with footrests.
  • 100 percent digital projection & digital sound.
  • Wall-to-wall screens with 3D capabilities.
  • Closed Captioning and Descriptive Audio for hearing and sight impaired guests.
  • A lobby bar serving adult beverages in a family-friendly environment.
  • Reserved seating with online ticketing.
  • Remote ticketing kiosks.

In addition, Epic Theatres at Titusville will showcase an EPIC XL stadium auditorium with a 70’ wide curved silver screen and state-of-the-art immersive digital sound. 

Construction of the new facility will begin in 2015. 

EPIC Theatres is a privately held motion picture exhibition company based in DeLand, Florida. EPIC currently operates 81 screens at 7 sites.  The company has embarked on an expansion program with plans to add more than 60 screens at 5 sites.

DeLand, Florida  (November 18, 2014) -  EPIC Theatres is pleased to announce the company has signed an agreement to open a new movie theatre in Orlando, Florida.   EPIC’s new facility will be located at 5901 Hazeltine National Drive, Orlando, FL in the Lee Vista Promenade Shopping Center.

The new Epic Theatres at Lee Vista with EPIC XL will feature:

  • Leather electronically controlled recliner seating with footrests.
  • 100 percent digital projection & digital sound.
  • Wall-to-wall screens with 3D capabilities.

DeLand, Florida  (February 13, 2014) -  EPIC Theatres is pleased to announce the company has signed an agreement to purchase 17 acres of land for a new theatre location in Mount Dora, Florida.   EPIC’s new facility will be located in the fast growing Highway 441 corridor between Target and WalMart.

The new Epic Theatres at Mount Dora with EPIC XL will feature:

  • 100 percent digital projection & digital sound.
  • Wall-to-wall screens with 3D capabilities.
